Here at the Pelham Library we are looking forward to a new year of explorations and adventures!
The year-long theme for story hours is “Your library card– passport to the world!”
No registration is needed but please check the calendar for exact dates and times–there is always one week with no storyhour to allow time for planning and preparation.
CHILDREN’S STORY HOUR
Ages 3 and 4 — Tuesdays 10:00 – 11:00
Stories, songs, finger plays, and simple crafts selected for the interests and attention-span of the preschooler. Child must be at least 3 years old to attend this program.
Kindergarteners and Age 5 — Wednesdays 11:45 – 12:45
Stories, songs, crafts and readiness activities to provide enrichment for children. Bring your lunch and join Miss Debbie for some fun activities!
MOTHER GOOSE STORY TIME
Infants to 18 mos. — Fridays 10:00 – 10:30
A first library experience for babies and their parent or caregiver. We will enjoy nursery rhymes, songs, finger plays, and an introduction to books.
Toddlers age 2– Fridays 11:00-11:30
A special 1/2 hour story time for children of this delightful age. Lots of music and movement and a simple story and craft, too!
DADDY AND DONUTS STORYTIME
All ages–One Saturday Morning per month
